Submission
All submissions will be handled through Fourwaves. Authors must register an account with Fourwaves in order to submit an extended abstract of 3 pages. If accepted, authors will then be asked to submit a final paper of 6 to 8 pages. See the Call for Papers regarding a summary of deadlines. Further details are outlined below.
Step 1: Create an extended abstract using the templates provided
Authors are asked to submit an extended abstract consisting of a maximum of 3 pages (A4 or letter-size), including supporting illustrations as appropriate. It is recommended to use either the Microsoft Word, or Latex template provided, which contain all necessary styles and instructions. If you do not use LaTex, you can follow the instructions in a PDF form as a guideline for formatting and layout.

Extended-abstract submissions will be handeled using Fourwaves. The corresponding author is required to create an account with Fourwaves. After creating an account with Fourwaves, please log-in and follow the guidelines displayed to submit an extended abstract. This portal allows the author to modify the submission and access reviewer feedback.
The deadline for submitting an extended abstract is December 15, 2026. Revisions can be made to a submission at any time up to the deadline.
Step 3: Full-length paper submission
Prepare a PDF of your full-length paper consisting of 6 to 8 pages, including supporting illustrations as appropriate: see Table 1. Regardless of whether the presentation is oral or poster, submission of a full-length paper is required for all presentations at THMT-27.
| Type | Length [pages] | Available to registered participants | Included in e-proceedings |
|---|---|---|---|
| Extended Abstract | 3 | No | No |
| Final Paper | 6–8 | Yes (through conference website) | Yes |
Please submit your final paper through Fourwaves, which is the same platform used for the extended abstract submission.
The deadline for submitting a full-length paper is April 15, 2027. Revisions can be made to a submission at any time up to the deadline.
