Submission
All submissions will be handled through Fourwaves. Authors must register an account with Fourwaves in order to submit an extended abstract of 3-4 pages. If accepted, authors will then be asked to submit a final paper of 6-8 pages. Authours will also be given the choice of submitting an open access paper. All types of papers are free of additional charges beyond the registration fee. Further details are outlined below.
Step 1: Create an extended abstract using the templates provided
Authors are asked to submit an extended abstract consisting of 3-4 pages (A4 or letter-size), including supporting illustrations as appropriate. It is recommended to use either the Microsoft Word, or Latex template provided, which contain all necessary styles and instructions. If you do not use LaTex, you can follow the instructions in a PDF form as a guideline for formatting and layout.
