Registration
The fee covers the symposium proceedings (electronic format), refreshments and the social programme (receptions and symposium banquet). The registration fee for accompanying persons covers participation in the social programme. Please note that at least one standard or student registration is required per paper. Partcipants are not allowed to submit and present two contributions with one registration payment.
Registration and payment will be managed through Fourwaves, which is the same platform used for paper submissions. Please log-in and follow the guidelines for registration.

Terms of Registration
- The registration of participation is binding.
- Each full-length paper submission must be accompanied by a unique registration payment; partcipants are not allowed to submit and present two contributions with one registration payment.
- Participation is not guaranteed until full payment of the registration fee is received.
- The conference program is subject to changes.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation requests must be emailed to the conference organizer.
- On or before May 15, 2027: A full refund will be issued, minus a 150 CAD administration fee.
- After May 15, 2027: registration fees are not refundable
FAQ
- Can I receive an invoice and/or a receipt? … A receipt will be emailed to you after completing your registration. They can also be downloaded anytime from Fourwaves after your payment is completed.
- Can I receive separate receipts for my participation fee and the accompanying person’s fee? … The receipts will show a distinct cost breakdown.
- Can I receive the invitation letter immediately? … The issuance process will begin only after completing the registration and payment.
- I am a postdoc. Can I register at the student rate? … No, please complete the registration at the standard rate.
- I am a student from a developing country. Can I request financial support? … There are a limited number of slots available, but you may be eligible to apply. Please check the Awards and Grants page for details.
