Registration
The fee covers the symposium proceedings (electronic format), refreshments and the social programme (receptions and symposium banquet). The registration fee for accompanying persons covers participation in the social programme. Please note that at least one standard or student registration is required per paper.
Registration and payment will be managed through Fourwaves, which is the same platform used for paper submissions. Please log-in and follow the guidelines for registration.

Terms of Registration
- The registration of participation is binding.
- Cancellation requests must be made in writing before May 1, 2026 and are subjected to a $ 300 cancellation fee. After May 1, 2026 registration fees are not refundable
- Each full-length paper submission must be accompanied by a unique registration payment; partcipants are not allowed to submit and present two contributions with one registration payment.
- Participation is not guaranteed until full payment of the registration fee is received.
- The conference program is subject to changes.
- Payments will be refunded if the conference is cancelled by the organizer. In that case, the organizer will have no further liability to the client. Registrations remain valid if the conference has to be postponed.
